Workplace Culture

A Glance at Our Culture

Independently owned and operated since 1988, Interior Supply boasts a family-like atmosphere that makes it an enjoyable place to work. That goes for everyone, from sales to delivery and everything in between. We operate by the Golden Rule, and we’re committed to treating everyone in the organization with equal respect.

And while our top priority is providing excellent customer service, we also know how to have fun. For workers in our Cleveland branch, that might mean a craft beer exchange. In Cincinnati, it could be an outing to a Reds game. And in Columbus, a Buckeye tailgate and occasionally busting out the wood-burning pizza oven is our idea of a good time. The point is, we work together – and we occasionally play together as well.

“Interior Supply has profoundly impacted my life from the moment I stepped foot in the company. I came to Interior Supply in 2014 when I was 32 years old, and I was going nowhere fast. The year before Interior Supply, I worked odds-and-end jobs through temp services. I applied at Interior Supply and met with the Operations Manager, Dan. Dan told me if I did the right things and applied myself, everything I ever wanted in my life was achievable, even though I had zero experience in building materials. Within the first year, I was able to purchase a nice vehicle and provide stability and financial support for my family. As I became more motivated at work, my life started to change drastically for the better. I have been able to accomplish things I could never imagine before I worked here. My biggest accomplishment to date was purchasing a home. Never in a million years had I thought that this would be possible. This dream became a reality when I chose to look at Interior Supply as a career, not just a job.

“I’m forever indebted and grateful to many people at Interior Supply. I have been overcoming trials and tribulations my whole life, and when Interior Supply took a chance on me, it gave me a base and foundation to put my family in a position to thrive in life. At the end of the day, family is most important, and Interior Supply is my family.”

Commitment to Service

Integrity

Commitment to Service

Need your products delivered to the eighth floor? No problem. Delivering excellent customer service is the mantra we live by. From providing quotes to delivering products, the needs of our customers always come first. It’s no wonder we’re often referred to as the Ritz Carlton of drywall.

Community

Keeping it Local

We take a special interest in the communities where we live and work. From hiring local workers to operating a toy drive for the food pantry down the street, these are just a few examples of how we invest in our own communities. When you work at Interior Supply, you not only participate in building the community. You make significant contributions to the future as well.

At the same time, we value our vendor relationships and work hard to form long-lasting partnerships with some of the top manufacturers in the business. We’re proud that all of our business dealings are relationship-based.

A Spirit of Entrepreneurship

Drive

A Spirit of Entrepreneurship

Each one of our branches operates as an individual entity. We adopted this approach because we believe our branch leaders are in the best position to understand the needs of their customers and how to address those needs. With that in mind, the way we interact with a customer in Cincinnati may differ from the way we interact with a customer in Pittsburgh or Toledo, for instance. At the end of the day, it’s all Interior Supply. But when it comes to working with customers and vendors, we believe our individual branches know best.

We’ve Got You Covered - From the Outside In

At Interior Supply, we offer a comprehensive range of building envelope products designed to control air, moisture, and thermal performance throughout the structure. Our product line includes air and moisture barriers, sheathing products, and a wide variety of cladding solutions that provide protection and aesthetic appeal. These materials work together to prevent water intrusion, manage vapor transmission, and enhance insulation, ensuring long-term performance and sustainability. By combining quality materials with expert knowledge, we help contractors, architects, and builders create structures that stand the test of time — efficient, resilient, and visually striking.
Acoustical Ceilings

Acoustical Ceilings

Your Noise Problems, Solved

When noise reduction is a matter of importance, people turn to acoustical ceiling products. Used everywhere from offices to hospitals and theaters, including both residential and commercial applications, acoustical tiles are built to masterfully absorb sound and reduce noise transmission. To accomplish the task, the acoustical tiles are made from a combination of mineral fibers that are heated and then molded into panels and planks in a variety of shapes to seamlessly fit into drop ceilings or suspended ceiling grids.
